At Chamira, we believe that every customer deserves peace of mind when purchasing something as personal and meaningful as jewelry. Our refund and return policy reflects our commitment to care, transparency, and fairness – because your trust is at the heart of everything we do.
Overview
We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing jewelry from Chamira. This policy follows Shopify standards, adapted for jewelry and your rights under EU and Italian law. All eligible orders shipped within the EU come with a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be:
- unused and unworn,
- in its original condition,
- in its original packaging,
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Because of the delicate nature of jewelry, items showing wear, scratches, or any modification cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at contact@chamira.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through each step personally. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any item back. Items returned without approval cannot be accepted.

Quality and Condition Before Shipping
Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected by hand before it leaves our studio. We use protective, secure packaging to ensure that your piece arrives exactly as intended — flawless, beautiful, and ready to be cherished. If something ever goes wrong during transport, we will assist you immediately.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us immediately with photos. We will review the issue personally and offer the best possible solution — whether that is a replacement (when available) or a refund.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- custom-made jewelry,
- personalized pieces,
- gift cards,
- discounted items (unless damaged on arrival).
We always aim to find fair solutions where possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process first. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must still meet all return conditions defined in this policy.
Please note that customers are kindly asked to cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, Chamira will, of course, take care of all return shipping fees for you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us and we will follow up immediately.
